Nearly as impressive as the 8,000-acre estate is the starting ticket price of $80 per person. A family of four pays $320 just to enter \u2014 and this price doesn’t include a luxury meal with Pocahontas or Ariel.<\/p>\n

Despite the high admission cost, visitors seem to believe the attraction is worth the splurge. Though it’s considered an overpriced tourist spot, the Biltmore Estate boasts over 20,000 five-star reviews on sites like Trip Advisor<\/a>. It also ranks highly on many lists of top things to do in Asheville. Notably, more than 330,000 people explore the venue and its gardens each year between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day to see it adorned with holiday lights and decorations.<\/p>\n
