There are a variety of organisations and websites that offer services and information for parents, students and teachers. Among these are national, and state-based organisations which are varied in their approach and the specific services they offer.

Also of particular interest to educators are the various accessible education initiatives that have taken place both in Australia and overseas in recent years. These include Media Access Australia's Classroom Access Project and Accessible Education Database.
