Complain about TV captions
Media Access Australia would like to know about any captioning problems you have encountered on television. This page will give you the opportunity to let us know what the problem is, then take you to the webpage of the relevant TV station so you can make a formal complaint if necessary.
Media Access Australia has set up this system to make it easier for you to make a formal complaint about television captions. When you fill out the form below it will either direct you to the website of the station to make the complaint (if that is how that station deals with complaints) or format the complaint so that it is received by the television station.

If you do not get a response from the TV station (it could take a few weeks), then you can also go to the ACMA and submit the complaint.
The ACMA should then formally respond and tell you what they are going to do about your complaint.
