Graham W Jones FCPA, FAICD
Graham Jones joined the board of directors of the Australian Caption Centre in 1997 and has been with Media Access Australia since the organisation took on the new identity.
Graham has extensive experience as the CFO of various organisations throughout his career including Qantas and House of Fraser Holdings.
Graham has served on over a dozen boards in his career including holding the Chair on many.
Graham is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Media Access Australia as well as Itineris, a privately owned travel business. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Helen Crossing, BSc, DipEd, Med, MAPS.
Helen Crossing has been on the board of Media Access Australia and its previous incarnation the Australian Caption Centre since 1998.
Helen is the founder and Managing Director of HCA Consulting Group and works closely with CEOs and executives to develop skills in leadership, performance management, influence skills and emotional resilience.
Helen is committed to the integration of counselling and psychological services within all facets of our community, in particular at all tiers of the education system and industry associations supporting professionals who require vocational based training and support.
She is a registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Ian Roache
Ian Roache joined the Board of Directors at Media Access Australia in 2001.
He is currently the owner of Lodestone Direction.
Ian has also held director positions at both Lodestone Direction Pty Ltd and Industry Capability Network.
John Losco, BSc, BEE (Hons), MBA
John Loscoe is the longest serving member of the board of directors. He joined the board of the Australia Caption Centre in 1994 and has been a director ever since.
John studied his undergraduate degrees in science and electrical engineering at the University of Sydney. He subsequently completed an MBA at the University of New South Wales.
Victoria M Rubensohn AM, BA, MA, LLB, Master of Human Rights
Victoria Rubensohn joined the Board of Directors at the Australian Caption Centre in 1997 and has stayed on board with Media Access Australia ever since.
Victoria has extensive experience as a director and has been on numerous boards including Telephone Information Services Standards Council, Communication and Media Law Association and the Classification Review Board.
She has worked in radio and television in Australia and the USA, and more generally in communications, especially communications regulatory policy for most of her professional life. Victoria has been a Member of the Australian Broadcasting Tribunal, a Member of the Immigration Review Tribunal and Chairman of the National Film and Sound Archive.
Victoria has been a Member of the Order of Australia since 2004.
Stephen H Wall, BEc
Stephen Wall was a director with Media Access Australia’s predecessor the Australian Caption Centre from 1994-2000. He then returned as a director of the board at Media Access Australia in 2006.
Stephen has been a director on the board of Wallop Content Pty Ltd and Foundation for the Historic House Trust of NSW in the past.
Stephen has a BEc from the University of Sydney.
